Does SpotOn Website provide email address services?

No. SpotOn Website doesn’t currently offer email address services. However, we can assist with set-up if you registered a domain with SpotOn.

When is the shopping cart going to be available?

The shopping cart is coming soon in 2020.

How much does the website service cost?

Our website services are $65/month/website for merchants who also process payments with SpotOn. 

Are there any start-up fees?

Nope!

How many pages can I put on my website?

As many as you want! Your design specialist will start you off with 6 pages, then you can go in and add any additional. If you want your design specialist to add additional pages for you, fees will apply for a one-time charge of $50/page.

How long does the website take to make?

Once we receive all of your content for your website, it will take less than 48 business hours.

Can you build me a portal for my employees/customers to login to?

We can redirect your employees to a 3rd party portal software to use! We don’t have the features available at this time to build login portals from scratch or integrate within the website.

Can you just insert the software right into the website?

We don’t have the capability to integrate other software into our websites at this time.

Can I just build the website myself?

You will have access to the editing software once the website is published! We want to ensure you’re set up with an awesome foundation so it’s easy for you to make your own changes.

How many content changes can I submit to my specialist?

You can submit up to 2 free revision rounds per month. Each revision round can contain multiple change requests.  Any additional requested changes will have fees associated. 

Do I own the domain I registered with SpotOn?

SpotOn will own the domain as long as you continue our website services with us. If you choose to leave SpotOn, we can release the domain for you to transfer to your new host so you will own it.

Can SpotOn take over my current website and just make changes to that?

Our design team can create your website using content from an existing website.  Due to our platform requirements, we are unable to “host” an existing website - rather we will rebuild it so that it fits within the guidelines of our design templates. 

I want to use the domain I bought previously for the website being built by SpotOn. Is that possible?

Yes! We can redirect your domain to your new website with SpotOn. Just let your specialist know, and they will help you connect it.

Can my sales person just help build the site for me?

If your specialist receives your written or verbal approval, your salesperson can be the primary contact for your website creation. However, they will not be the person to build the site itself. 

Are the websites ADA compliant?

SpotOn Websites are built using current accessibility guidelines in mind.  We are constantly making technical and process improvements as ADA compliance requirements change.  

Can I add online ordering to my SpotOn Website?

If you have Spoton Restaurant hardware and software, absolutely! Once your Online Ordering has been built by that department we will be able to link it to your website.

If you have an existing online ordering system we can simply create a link to that service.

Can a SpotOn Appointments widget be added to my SpotOn website?

Yes! Once you have set up your appointment software, we will be able to add a link for your clients to book right on your website!

Can customers check their loyalty on my website?

If you have the Loyalty program with SpotOn, we can add a link for your customers to login and check the status of their loyalty points.

A Spoton Website Designer will reach out to you within 48 business hours of account approval.
